Secti66- 1 That the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa at :17 -O0 P.M. , on the 10th day of May , 1982 , for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate building
sgtback line in Akin Addition owned by the City of Waterloo , Iowa ,
described as follows :
westerly five (5) ft. of an eight (8) ft . utility easement
located along the easterly edge of Lot 4, Akin Addition
City of Waterloo , Black Hawk County , Iowa .
