WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , shall
Hmeet at City Hall Council Chambers at 7 : 00 P.M . in the City of
Waterloo for the purpose of considering and acting upon amendment
to Ordinance No . 2479 , as amended , Zoning Ordinance , by amending
the "M- 1 " Light Industrial and "M-2 " Heavy Industrial Zoning
0 Districts by changing rear yard , site plan , and height
requirements , a copy of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk .

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
,74, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
'u time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
