4 , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
0 FOLLOWS :
Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
at 7: 00 P.M. , on the 17th day of May , 1982, for the purpose of
holding a public hearing on proposed plans , specifications, form
of contract estimate of cost for the F.Y. 1983 Construction of
David St. Sanitary Sewer Improvements, in the City of Waterloo
and the taking of construction bids therefore, Contract No. 236 .
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
Passed and adopted this 26th day of April, 1982.
