s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS :

Section 1 That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
-4 meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
w` at 700 P.M, , on the 17th day of May, 1982 , for the purpose of
1 holding a public hearing on proposed plans , specifications , form
`' of estimate of cost for the Rath Fountain and Shirey Project. , .
Waterloo Recreation Center, in the City of Waterloo and the
taking of construction bids .
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice: of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier..
Passed and adopted this 26th day of April, 1982,
