RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $ 1 . 347 . 14 ACCUMULATED
NCI SICK LEAVE PAY TO HOWARD TYLER , GARAGE SUPERINTENDENT ,
< RETIRED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE GARAGE DEPARTMENT IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA.
c 2WHEREAS , on the 16th day of April , 1982 , Howard Tyler will
retire as an employee of the Garage Department in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa , and

rHi WHEREAS , Howard Tyler has accumulated 174 1/2 hours of sick
leave and is entitled to payment for same.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
that Howard Tyler be paid the total sum of $1 , 347 . 14 being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave , and that the
Finance Director be, and he is hereby , authorized, empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to Howard Tyler.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 26th day of April ,
1982 , approved by the Mayor on the 28th day of April , 1982.
