ETHE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA.

WHEREAS , on the 1st day of July , 1981 , Dana R. Anderson will
retire as an employee of the Fire Department in the City of
W`a:terloo, Iowa , and

• WHEREAS , on the 30th day of November , 1981 , Colin M.
Shillinglaw will retire as an employee of the Fire Department in
the City of Waterloo , Iowa , and
WHEREAS , Colin M. Shillinglaw has accumulated 140 days of
sick leave and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS , Dana R . Anderson has accumulated 168 1/2 days of
sick leave and is entitled to payment for same, and
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA, that Colin M. Shillinglaw and Dana R. Anderson be paid the
total sum of $5 , 090. 40 and $6 , 126 . 66 , respectively , being payment
in full for above mentioned sick leave , and that the Finance
Director be , and he is hereby , authorized , empowered and ordered
to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to
Colin M. Shillinglaw and Dana R. Anderson respectively.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 3rd day of May ,
1982 , approved by the Mayor on the 5th day of May , 1982.
