CONTRACT NO. 229.
':' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that-the' contract of Ernster and Company, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa
for the F.Y. 1982 Peek Street Sanitary Sewer Improvements ,
Contract No. 229 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa by the City Clerk and Mayor as of
the 3rd day of May, 1982, together with the accompanying bond for
the faithful performance of said contract signed by the Merchant ' s
Mutual Bonding Company of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be,
and the same are hereby, approved.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of May, 1982.
