RESOLUTION NO. 2016-255
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY
PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2016 STUMP REMOVAL
PROJECT.

WHEREAS, the City{Council of the ,City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Forester of said city.to prepare preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the 201'6 Stump Removal Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Forester did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2016 Stump Removal Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice was held on April 11, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the 2016 Stump Removal Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby
approved. ,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of April, 2016.
