RESOLUTION NO. 2016-257
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY
PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2016 RIGHT OF WAY MOWING
CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director of said city to prepare preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2016 Right Of Way Mowing Contract, in the City of
Waterloo,Iowa, and
a.
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said preliminary plans, specifications, ,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2016 Right Of Way Mowing Contract,and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice was held on April 11, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the 2016 Right Of Way Mowing Contract, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
hereby approved.
