RESOLUTION NO. 2016-258
RESOLUTIONEAUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE 2016
RIGHT OF WAY MOWING CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, by`Resolution No. 2016-257, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the 2016 Right Of Way Mowing Contract, have been approved and adopted by
this Council after the public hearing on April 11, 2016, as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it issoordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th dayofApril, 2016.
