RESOLUTION NO. 2016-261
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF.
IMPROVEMENTS OF THE AUDUBON HEIGHTS FOURTH
ADDITION PERFORMED BY DAVE SCHMITT
CONSTRUCTION CO. INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA
(CONTRACTOR); AND RECEIVE AND FILE TWO-YEAR
MAINTENANCE BOND FROM SKOGMAN CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY OF IOWA (DEVELOPER).
WHEREAS, Dave Schmitt Construction Co. Inc. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, performed work
on Improvements Of The,Audubori Heights Fourth Addition, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Dave Schmitt Construction Co. Inc. has completed the aforementioned
project in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and recommendation of acceptance of work are hereby
approved and a two'(2) year maintenance bond is hereby received and filed from the developer,
Skogman Construction Company of Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this I Ph day of April, 2016.
