RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2)
TANDEM DUMP TRUCKS WITH SNOW PLOWS.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2010-1068, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
purchase of Two (2) Tandem Dump Trucks with Snow Plows, in the
City of. Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the public hearing on December 6, 2010 as prescribed
by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
authorization to proceed with purchase be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 2010.
