RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERLOO CONVENTION AND
VISITORS BUREAU BOARD RECOMMENDATIONS FOR
FUNDING UPPER IOWA UNIVERSITY'S REQUEST FOR A
HOTEL/MOTEL MINI -GRANT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the recommendations from the Waterloo Convention and
Visitors Bureau Board for funding Upper Iowa University's request
for a hotel/motel mini -grant, in the amount of $3,000.00, to be
used for an April 2011 spring golf invitational to be held at
Sunnyside Country Club in Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 2010.
