RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED 28E AGREEMENT
WITH BLACK HAWK COUNTY CRIMINAL JUSTICE
INFORMATION SYSTEM (CJIS), AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID 28E AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Revised 28E Agreement dated December 6, 2010, removing
Mayors as Board Members in conjunction with the Black Hawk County
Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS), by and between Black
Hawk County, the cities of Cedar Falls, Evansdale and LaPorte
City, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 2010.
