RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE OF BID WITH ESO SOLUTIONS OF
AUSTIN, TEXAS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,040.00,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE AMBULANCE SOFTWARE
UPGRADE TO IMPLEMENT THE ELECTRONIC CARE
REPORTING SYSTEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of ESO Solutions of Austin, Texas, in the
amount of $30,040.00, in conjunction with the Ambulance Software
Upgrade to Implement the Electronic Care Reporting System,
described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this
Council for said project in Resolution No. 2010-952, after public
hearing on October 25, 2010 on published notice required by law,
be and is hereby accepted, the same being the apparent lowest bid
for said project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 2010.
