RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated December 6, 2010, for Enterprise Zone
Certification for the expansion of the Enterprise Zone to include
the Cedar Valley Tech Works facility, by and between the Iowa
Department of Economic Development and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 2010.
