RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH CRAIG RITLAND LANDSCAPE
ARCHITECTS OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE F.Y. 2011 LOU HENRY HOOVER SCULPTURE
GARDEN, CONTRACT NO. 803, STP -E -8155(723)-8V-
07, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 6, 2010,
at a cost not to exceed $19,000.00, for landscape architectural
services in conjunction with the F.Y. 2011 Lou Henry Hoover
Sculpture Garden, Contract No. 803, STP -E -8155(723)-8V-07, by and
between Craig Ritland Landscape Architects of Waterloo, Iowa and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 2010.
