RECEIVING OF BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the
City Clerk of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at
her office in the City Hall of the said City
on the 3rd day of November 2022 until
1:00 p.m. for the purchase of two (2) John
Deere 1580 Terrain Cut Commercial
Front Mowers.
OPENING OF BIDS
All proposals received will be opened in
the Second Floor Council Chambers at
City Hall, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the 3rd day of November 2022 at 1:00
p.m., and the proposals will be acted
upon at such later time and place as may
then be fixed by the City Council. The bid

PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
the City of Waterloo will conduct a public
hearing on the proposed specifications,
form of contract, etc. for on the purchase
of two (2) John Deere 1580 Terrain Cut
Commercial Front Mowers for the City of
Waterloo, Iowa on November 7, 2022 at
5:30 p.m.. In the Harold E. Getty Council
chambers in City Hail in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Any person interested therein may file
written objection thereto with the City
Clerk before the dale set for said hearing,
or appear and make objection thereto
with the City Clerk before the said
hearing, or appear and make abjection
thereto with the City Clerk before the date
sat for said hearing, or appear and make
objection thereto at the meeting above set
forth.
