NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
REZONING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
A public hearing will be held on the 7th
day of November, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to approve the
request by BCP Development LP and Dr.
Robert A Behar to rezone approximately
1.3 acres from "C-2" Commercial District
to "C-2, C-Z" Conditional Zoning District to
allow for an auto repair shop and sales
located at 1237 Flammang Drive (former
Petco store), legally described as follows:
REZONING DESCRIPTION:
LOT NOS. 1, 2 AND 3 IN SCHUKEI
COMMERCIAL PARK, WATERLOO,
IOWA.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said lime and place and be heard or may
tile written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall, Waterloo. Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing.
