ON SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day
of November 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to approve a request by
by SKS Communications for a Site Plan
Amendment in the "B-P Business Park
Distract to construct a 2,400 square foot
office building, with related parking,
located northeast of 3173 Titan Trail,
legally described as follows:
PARCEL "H" ACCORDING TO PLAT OF
SURVEY FILED 9/06/2022 AS DOC. NO.
2023-3984, BEING A PART OF LOT 1,
GREENBELT CENTRE PLAT NO. 2, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
