NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WEST 9TH STREET AND
SOUTH STREET MINI -ROUNDABOUT
FOR THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
the City of Waterloo will conduct a public
hearing on the proposed specifications,
farm of contract, etc. in conjunction with
the West 9th Street and South Street
Mini -Roundabout for the City of Waterloo,
Iowa on November 7, 2022 at 5:30 pm.,
in the Herold E. Getty Council Chambers
in CityHall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
The proposed specifications prepared by
the Traffic Engineer of the City of
Waterloo are now on file in the office of
the City Clerk for public examination, and
any person interested therein may file
written objection thereto with the City
Clerk before the date set for said hearing,
or appear and make objection thereto
with the City Clerk before the said
hearing, or appear and make objection
thereto with the City Clerk before the date
set for said hearing, or appear and make
objection thereto at the meeting above set
forth.
