RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF ASSESSMENT
FOR PARCEL NUMBER 8913-25-405-009, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following assessment be and the same is hereby abated:
Parcel No. 8913-25-405-009
HAYES ADDITION, LOT 6 BLK 16, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Sidewalk Repair Assessment- $219.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment is hereby cancelled and the City
Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution 2015-795 adopted by Council on October
5, 2016 is hereby rescinded. k
