iRESOLUTION NO. 2016-277
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS,FORM OF CONTRACT ETC. IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE PURCHASE OF SEVEN (7) POLICE PATROL VEHICLES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Director of said city to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the purchase of seven (7) police patrol vehicles, for the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said preliminary plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of seven (7)police patrol vehicles, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice was held on April 18, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said approval of plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the purchase of seven (7) police patrol vehicles, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2016.
