RESOLUTION NO. 2016-278
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE PURCHASE OF SEVEN (7) POLICE PATROL VEHICLES.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-277, plans specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with purchase of seven (7) police patrol vehicles, have been approved and adopted
by this Council after the public hearing on April 18, 2016 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2016.
