RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
WITH S4W, LLC REGARDING THE PAYMENT`OF'REAL ESTATE
TAXES FOR A PARCEL OF LAND ASSOCIATED WITH 1040-1138
PATRICK COURT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that.the Memorandum of Agreement dated April 18, 2016 between S4W, LLC and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, for the proration and payment of real estate taxes for a parcel of land associated
with 1040-1138 Patrick Court, in conjunction with an Acquisition Contract between S4W, LLC
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2016.
