RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PRAIRIE CONSTRUCTION
CO., INC. TO MAKE EMERGENCY REPAIRS FOR
DAMAGED WALL LOCATED AT THE CENTRAL GARAGE,
1314 BLACK HAWK STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that emergency repairs by Prairie Construction Co., Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, at a cost not to exceed $45,120.00, to shore the
existing building, remove damaged masonry, and replace damaged
wall at the Central Garage located at 1314 Black Hawk Street, be
and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 2010.
