RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF WATERLOO
SYMPHONY TO HOLD THEIR SYMPHONYCYCLE ON MAY
14,2016 FROM 8:00 A.M.TO 10:00 P.M.
WHEREAS, Waterloo Symphony has requested that they be allowed to hold their
Symphonycycle on May 14, 2016 beginning at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 10:00 p.m. starting at the
Amphitheatre and traveling through downtown, using the trail system where practical, together
with the approval of the Director of Safety Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Waterloo Symphony to hold their Symphonycycle
on May 14, 2016 beginning at 8:00 a.m,. and ending at 10:00 p.m. starting at the Amphitheatre
and traveling through downtown; using the trail system where practical, along with intersection
control, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 20M.
