RESOLUTION NO. 2016-282
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY EASEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH PADA, LLC FOR $100.00 LOCATED TO
THE SOUTH OF 2325 CROSSROADS BOULEVARD, IN RELATION
TO THE DRY RUN INTERCEPTOR FORCE MAIN SANITARY
SEWER PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the Temporary Easement Agreement pertains to the Dry Run Interceptor
Force Main Sanitary Sewer Project, and
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall accept certain temporary easements in
conjunction with the Dry Run Interceptor Force Main Sanitary Sewer Project, from Pada,
LLC for$100.00, located to the south of 2325 Crossroads Boulevard, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TH ECITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Temporary Easement Agreement by and between Pada, LLC and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby accepted and approved.
