RESOLUTION NO. 2016-288
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. FOR
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $75,000.00 IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE DIFFUSER WING DIKE IMPROVEMENTS WATER
POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY; AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated April 18, 2016, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for an amount not to exceed $75,000.00 in
conjunction with the Diffuser Wing Dike Improvements Water Pollution Control Facility, is
hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2016.
