RESOLUTION NO. 2022-681
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE ARTS -YOUTH PAVILION
PHASE II BOILER REPLACEMENT PROJECT.5.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Purchase of two (2) John Deere 1580 TerrainCut Outfront Mowers, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of two (2) John Deere 1580 TerrainCut Outfront
Mowers, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November 7, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of two (2) John Deere 1580 TerrainCut Outfront Mowers, are hereby approved, and
said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November 2022.
