RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO VAN -WALL EQUIPMENT,
INC., OF ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$79,850.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF
TWO (2) JOHN DEERE 1580 TERRAINCUT OUTFRONT
MOWERS.
WHEREAS, Van -Wall Equipment, Inc., of Rock Island, Illinois, submitted a bid in the
amount of $79,850.00, in conjunction with the Waterloo Center for the purchase of two (2) John
Deere 1580 TerrainCut Outfront Mowers, and is the apparent low bidder
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
That the bid of Van -Wall Equipment, Inc., in the amount of $79,850.00, in conjunction
with the Purchase of two (2) John Deere 1580 TerrainCut Outfront Mowers, is hereby accepted
and the bid is hereby awarded to Van -Wall Equipment, Inc.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November 2022.
