RESOLUTION NO. 2022-684
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MODUS OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $26,600.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WATERLOO CENTER OF THE ARTS - CHILLER
REPLACEMENT PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 7, 2022, between Modus of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $26,600.00, in conjunction with the
Waterloo Center of the Arts - Chiller Replacement Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November 2022.
