RESOLUTION NO. 2022-685
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 2, TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT,
ORIGINALLY APPROVED DECEMBER 20, 2021, WITH
RITLAND+KUIPER OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $9,000.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FY 2022 4TH STREET BRIDGE AND DAM LIGHTING
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to a Professional Services Agreement, originally approved
December 20, 2021, between Ritland+Kuiper of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
in an amount not to exceed $9,000.00 in conjunction with landscape architecture services for the
FY 2022 4th Street Bridge and Dam Lighting Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November 2022.
