RESOLUTION NO. 2022-688
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EARLY ACCESS
AGREEMENT WITH CAMENZIND MASONRY, LLC, TO
ALLOW DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A FOUNDATION, ON LOT 4 OF THE
WATERLOO AIR AND RAIL PARK 3RD ADDITION, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that an Early Access Agreement with Camenzind Masonry, LLC, to allow development
activities, including the construction of a foundation, on lot 4 of the Waterloo Air and Rail Park
3rd Addition et, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November 2022.
