RESOLUTION NO. 2022-689
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EMPLOYEE POLICIES AND
PROCEDURES HANDBOOK FOR CITY EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS, the Employee Policies and Procedures Handbook for city employees was
presented to the Waterloo City Council on August 15, 2022 and November 7, 2022; and
WHEREAS, said handbook identifies policies and procedures to be implemented and
followed by City Employees; and
WHEREAS, said policies and procedures outline the purposes and goals of the City and
the expectations of the employees to the City.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Employee Policies and Procedures Handbook for city employees,
is hereby approved and adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November 2022.
