RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE
AGREEMENT WITH STRAND ASSOCIATES INC. OF
MADISON WISCONSIN ORIGINALLY EXECUTED ON
APRIL 17, 2019 TO AMEND THE COMPLETION DATE FROM
OCTOBER 31, 2022 TO FEBRUARY 28, 2023, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE BIOGAS UTILIZATION
MODIFICATIONS PRELIMINARY DESIGN PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with Strand Associates, Inc., of Madison, Wisconsin,
originally executed on April 17, 2019, to amend the completion date from October 31, 2022 to
February 28, 2023, in conjunction with the Biogas Utilization Modifications Preliminary Design
Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November 2022.
