RESOLUTION NO. 2022-679
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE ARTS -YOUTH PAVILION
PHASE II BOILER REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Community Planning and Development Director to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the Waterloo Center for the Arts -Youth Pavilion Phase II
Boiler Replacement Project, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Waterloo Center for the Arts -Youth
Pavilion Phase II Boiler Replacement Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November 7, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Waterloo Center for the Arts -Youth Pavilion Phase II Boiler Replacement Project, are hereby
approved, and said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November 2022.
