RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO BOWKER MECHANICAL
CONTRACTORS, LLC OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $145,000.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE ARTS -YOUTH PAVILION
PHASE II BOILER REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Bowker Mechanical Contractors, LLC of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, submitted a
bid in the amount of $145,000.00, in conjunction with the Waterloo Center for the Arts -Youth
Pavilion Phase II Boiler Replacement Project, and is the apparent low bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
That the bid of Bowker Mechanical Contractors, LLC, in the amount of $145,000.00, in
conjunction with the Waterloo Center for the Arts -Youth Pavilion Phase II Boiler Replacement
Project, is hereby accepted and the bid is hereby awarded to Bowker Mechanical Contractors,
LLC.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November 2022.
