RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT
AGREEMENT WITH GREGORY SCHREIBER TO ALLOW
FOR AN 18 FOOT BY 24 FOOT GARAGE TO EXTEND 4
FEET ON TO AN EASEMENT, LOCATED AT 928 LORETTA
AVENUE IN THE "R-2" ONE AND TWO FAMILY
RESIDENCE DISTRICT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the request by Gregory Schreiber for an Encroachment Agreement, dated October 17, 2022, by
and between Gregory Schreiber, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to allow for an 18 foot by 24
foot garage to extend 4 feet onto an easement located at 928 Loretta Avenue, in the "R-2" One
and Two Family Residence District, and legally described as follows:
THE WEST FOUR (4) FEET OF NORTH TWENTY-FOUR (24) FEET OF THE
SOUTH FORTY-ONE (41) FEET OF THE EIGHT (8) FOOT EASEMENT AS
PLATTED ALONG THE EAST LINE OF LOT 13 OF LINCOLN HEIGHTS
FIRST ADDITION, WATERLOO, IOWA
is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October 2022.
