RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY OF
WATERLOO TO DEDICATE A NATURAL GAS EASEMENT
OVER A PORTION OF LOT 14 AND TRACT "K", MIDPORT
AMERICA PARK PLAT NO. 2, AND THE SOUTHEAST
QUARTER AND SOUTHWEST QUARTER, SECTION 5,
TOWNSHIP 89 NORTH,RANGE 13 WEST OF THE 5TH PM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the resolution approving a request by the City of Waterloo to dedicate a natural gas easement
for the installation and maintenance of natural gas facilities, over, under, upon and across that
portion of Lot 14 and Tract "K", Midport America Park Plat No. 2, and the Southeast Quarter and
Southwest Quarter, Section 5, Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the 5th PM, and legally
described as follows:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 1 OF MIDPORT
AMERICA PARK PLAT NO.I; THENCE NORTH 23°05'O1" WEST 117 .00
FEET ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE SOUTH
