Re: Amendment No. 2 to the September 9, 2021, Agreement for Design, Bidding-, and
Construction -Related Services
Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)—Final Clarifier No. 3 Rehabilitation
This is Amendment No. 2 to the referenced Agreement.
Under Scope of Services, ADD the following:
"Funding and Rebidding Services
1. Prepare and submit an Intended Use Plan (IUP) application to Iowa Clean Water State Revolving
Fund (SRF) for the project's inclusion on the priority list of the Iowa Clean Water SRF IUP.
2. Prepare and submit information to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) as
requested in the Iowa SRF Environmental Review checklist.
3. Incorporate applicable Iowa SRF documents into the Bidding Documents.
4. Distribute Bidding Documents electronically though QuestCDN, available at www.strand.com
and www.questcdn.com. Submit Advertisement to Bid to OWNER for publishing.
5. Submit Notice to Bidders and Notice of Public Hearing to OWNER for publishing. Publishing
fees shall be paid by OWNER.
6. Prepare addenda and answer questions during bidding.
7. Attend bid opening, tabulate, and analyze bid results, and assist OWNER in the award of the
Construction Contract.
8. Prepare four sets of Contract Documents for signature.
9. Prepare IDNR forms, checklist, and construction permit application for submittal to the IDNR."
Under Compensation, CHANGE $98,325 to "$104,100."
Under Schedule, CHANGE December 30, 2022, to "December 29, 2023."
