8Y AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION
10-4-4, APPROVING A REQUEST BY
THE SKS COMMUNICATIONS FOR A
SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "B-P
BUSINESS PARK DISTRICT 70 CON-
STRUCT A 2,400 SQUARE FOOT
OFFICE BUILDING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
That the request by SKS Communications
for a site plan amendment to the "B-P"
Business Park District to construct a
2,400 square foot office building. and
legally described as follows:
PARCEL "H" ACCORDING TO PLAT OF
SURVEY FILED 9/06/2022 AS DOC. NO.
2023-3984. BEING A PART OF LOT 1,
GREENBELT CENTRE PLAT NO. 2, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA., shall be and is
hereby approved,
