NANCE NO. 5079, AS AMENDED, CITY
OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION
10-4-4, APPROVING A REQUEST BY
BCP DEVELOPMENT, LP AND DR.
ROBERT A. BEHAR TO REZONE
APPROXIMATELY 1.3 ACRES FROM
"C-2" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO "C-2,
C-Z" CONDITIONAL ZONING DISTRICT
TO ALLOW FOR AN AUTO REPAIR
SHOP AND SALES, LOCATED AT 1237
FLAMMANG DRIVE, (FORMER PETCO
STORE), WITH CONDITIONS.
That the request by BCP Development,
LP and Dr. Robert A. Behar, to rezone
approximately 1.3 acres from "C-2,
Commercial District to "C-2, C-Z' Condi-
tional Zoning District, to allow for an auto
repair shop and sales, located at 1237
Flammang Drive, (former Petco store),
and legally described as follows:
LOT NOS. 1, 2 AND 3 IN SCHUKEI
COMMERCIAL PARK, WATERLOO, 10-
WA, shall be and is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of
September 2022.
