RESOLUTION NO. 2022-693
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CERTIFY AGAINST
CERTAIN PARCELS FOR UNPAID GARBAGE, SEWER, WATER
AND STORM WATER FEES.
WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 364.12(3) allows municipalities to certify for unpaid
garbage, sewer, water and storm water fees, to the benefited property as a lien.

ERLOO, IOW_Q�tELat the City Clerk is hereby directed to certify to the Black Hawk County
Treasurer all garbage,'sewer, water and storm water fees, as contained in the schedule now on file
in the City Clerk's Office.
