RESOLUTION NO. 2022-694
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK,
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY CEDAR VALLEY
CONSTRUCTION, CO., LLC WITH A DECREASE IN THE
AMOUNT OF $10,844.23, FOR A FINAL PROJECT TOTAL IN
THE AMOUN TOF $4,454,995.77, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT TO TAXIWAY BRAVO,
FAA GRANT 3-19-0094-0046, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Construction, Co., LLC, performed work in conjunction with
construction improvements to Taxiway Bravo, FAA Grant 3-19-0094-0046, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Construction, Co., LLC, completed the aforementioned project
in accordance with the construction plans, standards and specifications of this office.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Recommendation of Acceptance of Improvements in conjunction
with construction improvements to Taxiway Bravo, FAA Grant 3-19-0094-0046, for the work
performed by Cedar Valley Construction, Co., LLC, is hereby approved, at a total cost of
$4,454,995.77.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21 st day of November 2022.
