RESOLUTION NO. 2022-695
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS AND FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC.,
SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS DECEMBER 15, 2022,
AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS DECEMBER 19, 2022,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT, PAVE AIRPORT FIRE STATION PARKING LOT
PROJECT, CARES PROJECT NO. 3-19-0094-0055, AND
INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Waterloo Regional Airport, Pave Airport Fire Station Parking Lot Project,
CARES Project No. 3-19-0094-0055, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the Waterloo Regional Airport,
Pave Airport Fire Station Parking Lot Project, CARES Project No. 3-19-0094-0055, be
scheduled for December 15, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 19th day of December 2022,
to hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the Waterloo Regional Airport, Pave Airport Fire
Station Parking Lot Project, CARES Project No. 3-19-0094-0055.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November 2022.
