RESOLUTION NO. 2022-698
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF
WORK FOR WORK PERFORMED BY KW ELECTRIC OF
CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PARK
AVENUE BICYCLE SIGNAL PROJECT, DOT GRANT
PROJECT NUMBER TAP-U-8155(767)--8I-07, AND RELEASE
OF RETAINAGE IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,939.06.
WHEREAS, KW Electric of Cedar Falls, Iowa, performed work in conjunction with the
Park Avenue Bicycle Signal Project, DOT Grant project Number TAP-U-8155(767)--8I-07, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, KW Electric, completed the aforementioned project in accordance with the
construction plans, standards and specifications of this office.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Recommendation of Acceptance of Improvements in conjunction
with the Park Avenue Bicycle Signal Project, DOT Grant project Number TAP-U-8155(767)--81-
07, for the work performed by KW Electric, is hereby approved, and retainage in the amount of
$3,939.06, is hereby released.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November 2022.
