RESOLUTION NO. 2022-716
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RATES FOR SHELTER
RENTALS IN WATERLOO PARKS EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1,
2023.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the following rates for shelter rentals, in Waterloo Parks effective January 1, 2023, is hereby
approved:
Large shelters (Hope Martin, Exchange, & Cedar Vista)=$120/full day rental.
Smaller shelters (Byrnes 1,Byrnes 2, Byrnes 3, Furgerson-Fields, Gates, Lafayette, Maywood,
Springview, & Sullivan) = $60/full day rental.
A clean up fee in the amount equal to the rental price ($120 or $60) will be charged to rental
party leaving excessive trash in and around the shelter.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November 2022.
