RESOLUTION NO. 2022-717
RESOLUTION APPROVING REAP GRANT AGREEMENT
NO. 23-R4-KP, WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES, IN THE AMOUNT OF $193,890.00,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH GREENBELT LAKE
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the REAP Grant Agreement dated November 21, 2022, in the amount of $193,890.00,
between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City of Waterloo, for the Greenbelt
Lake Improvements Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November 2022.
