RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 08-BRN-04A
TO AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 08-BRN-04A dated December 13, 2010, to
Agreement No. 08-BRN-04 for the Brownfield Redevelopment Program,
extending the Project Completion Date from June 30, 2010 to
September 30, 2010, for continued work on demolition of
dilapidated structures at the former Chamberlain site, by and
between Iowa Department of Economic Development and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th da of December, 2010.
